Abstract PURPOSE: An apparatus for measuring a rotation angle of a micro reflector is provided, which rotates the micro reflector of several micro meter at an initial location accurately and simply. CONSTITUTION: A light source(360) generates a light. A collimator lens(370) converts the light of the light source into a parallel light. A beam splitter(340) splits the light passing through the collimator lens into two. A micro reflector(310) reflects one light incident by being split by the beam splitter. An actuator(320) generates rotation displacement at the micro reflector. A 3-axis driving table(300) moves the micro reflector to X-axis, Y-axis and Z-axis. An object lens(330) is comprised between the beam splitter and the micro reflector, and makes one light split in the beam splitter be incident on the micro reflector and makes the reflected light pass through the beam splitter. And an optical sensor array(350) detects the light and converts it into an electrical signal. 수십 마이크로미터 크기의 회전 미소 반사체를 시각적으로 간단히 초기 위치에 정확히 위치시킬 수 있고, 미소 반사체의 미소 단위의 회전각도를 정확하게 측정한다.
