PURPOSE: A micro optical switch using a micro piezoelectric actuator is provided, which enables to obtain information as to driving range of a driving actuator with a sensing actuator, and control a mirror accurately with the above information, and perform a repetitive driving. CONSTITUTION: The micro optical switch comprises a supporting part(10), and a supporting plate(48) floated by being connected to the above supporting part. The first - fourth actuator(101,102,103,104) are formed on the supporting plate respectively, and includes a piezoelectric capacitor respectively. And a mirror(50) is formed on the upper part of the supporting plate, and has a movement displacement by driving at least a pair of actuators among the above four actuators. 본 발명은 마이크로 압전 엑츄에이터를 이용한 미세 광 스위치에 관한 것으로, 지지부(10)와; 상기 지지부(10)에 연결되어 부상된 지지판(48)과; 상기 지지판(48)에 각각 형성되고, 압전 캐패시터를 각각 포함하고 있는 제 1 내지 4 엑츄에이터들(101,102,103,104)과; 상기 지지판(48)의 상부에 형성되며, 상기 제 1 내지 4 엑츄에이터들(101,102,103,104) 중 마주보는 적어도 한 쌍의 엑츄에이터들 구동으로 이동 변위를 갖는 미러(50)로 구성된다. 따라서, 본 발명은 구동용 엑츄에이터 사이에 센싱용 엑츄에이터를 구비시키는 광 스위치를 제조함으로써, 센싱용 엑츄에이터로 구동용 엑츄에이터의 구동범위에 대한 정보를 획득하고, 이 정보로 미러를 정밀히 제어하여, 재현성 있는 구동을 수행할 수 있는 효과가 발생한다.
