PURPOSE: A micro actuator and a fabrication method thereof are provided, which has an amplified displacement by forming electrodes with different polarity at a zigzag prolonged part. CONSTITUTION: The first and the second anchor(15a,15b) are fixed on the upper part of a substrate(10) by being separated each other. A zigzag prolonged part is formed in a zigzag shape from the first anchor to the second anchor, and is floated from the substrate, and includes a stacked structure of a bottom electrode and a piezoelectric film. The first top electrode group has top electrodes with different polarity by being separated on the piezoelectric film of the zigzag prolonged part prolonged from the first anchor. And the second top electrode group is symmetrical to the first top electrode group, and has top electrodes with different polarity on the piezoelectric film of the zigzag prolonged part prolonged from the second anchor. 본 발명은 마이크로 엑츄에이터 및 그의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 기판(10)의 상부에 상호 이격되어 고정된 제 1 및 2 앵커(15a,15b)와; 상기 제 1 앵커(15a)에서 제 2 앵커(15b)까지 지그재그 형상으로 연장되고, 상기 기판(10)으로부터 부상되며, 하부전극과 압전막의 적층구조를 포함하고 있는 지그재그 연장부와; 상기 제 1 앵커(15a)로부터 연장된 지그재그 연장부의 압전막 상부에 이격되어 극성이 다른 상부 전극들이 교대로 형성된 1차 상부전극 그룹과; 상기 1차 상부전극 그룹과 대칭되도록, 제 2 앵커(15b)로부터 연장된 지그재그 연장부의 압전막 상부에 극성이 다른 상부 전극들이 교대로 형성된 2차 상부전극 그룹으로 구성된다. 따라서, 본 발명은 지그재그(Zigzag) 형상의 연장부에 극성을 달리하는 전극들을 형성하여 증폭된 변위를 발생시킬 수 있는 마이크로 엑츄에이터를 구현함으로써, 큰 변위를 요구하는 장치에도 적용할 수 있게 되는 효과가 발생한다.
