PURPOSE: A dyeing method of yarn is characterized by printing knitted goods partly, increasing quality, increasing productivity and reducing a production cost. CONSTITUTION: The dyeing method of yarn comprises the steps of: knitting the knitted goods out of yarn(a knitting step,10); printing partly the knitted goods with dyes and a pigment having various colors(a print dyeing step,20); unknitting the printed knitted goods to turn into the yarn(a unknitting step,30); and then post-finishing the yarn to make the yarn having physical properties suitable for weaving(a post-treating step,40). 본 발명은 실의 부분염색방법에 관한 것으로 외가닥의 실을 이용하여 편직공정을 통해 편직물을 형성하고, 상기 편직물에 프린팅을 통한 염색을 수행한 후, 편직물을 해사함으로서 일부분만이 염색처리된 실을 생성하도록 하여 생산성 향상에 따른 대량생산과 고품질의 부분염색실을 생성하여 경제적 이익창출의 극대화를 이루기 위해 창출된 것으로, 상기 실의 부분염색방법은, 제사공정을 통해 생성된 실(12)을 이용하여 편직공정을 통해 일정규격을 가지는 편직물(11)을 형성하는 제 1공정인 편직공정(10), 편직물(11)에 날염을 통하여 다양한 색상의 염,안료로써 부분적으로 프린트염색하는 제 2공정인 프린트염색공정(20), 프린트염색을 완료한 편직물(11)을 초기 실 상태로 원복하기 위한 제 3공정인 해사공정(30), 상기 공정을 수행한 실(12)을 제직에 적합한 물성을 형성하도록 하는 제 4공정인 후공정(40)으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다.
