PURPOSE: A lock device of a circuit breaker is provided to prevent previously an accident due to electric shock by interrupting an operation of the circuit breaker by means of a handle in a locking state. CONSTITUTION: A circuit breaker includes a case(1), a cover(2), a fixing contactor(3), a moving contactor(4), a switching unit portion, a detection unit portion(6), an arc extinguishing portion(7), a trip button, and a crossbar(16). A cam(24) and a base(25) are installed within the case(1). The cam(24) is rotated by the rotation of a key(21). The base(25) is linearly moved when the cam(24) is rotated by the rotation of the key(21). The base(25) is located at one side of the crossbar(16) in order to lock the crossbar by the movement of the base(25) when the key(21) is rotated to a locking state. A wing section(25a) is formed at the base(25) in order to be connected to the crossbar(16). 본 발명은 회로차단기에 관한 것으로, 특히 전기선로의 개로 및 폐로상태를 제어하여 사용자가 키이(Key)를 록(Lock)상태로 전환시킨 상태에서는 핸들에 의한 차단기의 조작이 불가능하도록 구성된 회로차단기의 록장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 케이스와 커버, 고정접촉자, 가동접촉자, 개폐기구부, 검출기구부, 소호기구부, 트립버튼, 크로스바등으로 구성된 회로차단기에 있어서, 상기 케이스내에 키이의 회전에 따라 연동하여 회전하는 캠과 상기 캠의 회전에 따라 직선이동하는 베이스를 설치하고 상기 베이스를 크로스바의 일측에 위치시켜 키이를 록상태로 회전시키면 베이스가 이동함과 동시에 크로스바가 베이스에 의해 구속하게 함으로서 사용자가 차단기를 록시킨 후에는 핸들에 의해 차단기를 조작할 수 없는 회로차단기의 록장치이다.
