PURPOSE: A boat cap of a vertical diffusion furnace is provided to easily perform a cleaning process by disassembling only a heat sink separated into two parts without disassembling a rotate cap when a particle source is generated between the surface of a rotate boat cap and the heat sink. CONSTITUTION: The heat sink is separated into two semicircular plates(30a,30b). Respective two holes(34a,34b,34c,34d) are formed in the semicircular plates. A semicircular hole of a predetermined size is formed in the center of the diameter of the two semicircular plates to compensate for the surface temperature of the boat cap. A plurality of protrusions(36a,36b,36c,36d) are formed in a lower cap(22) so that the lower cap can be inserted into the hole of the heat sink composed of two semicircular plates. The hole formed in the center of the diameter of the heat sink is coupled to a cylindrical pillar(24) formed in the upper center of the lower cap so that the lower cap fixes the two semicircular plates. An upper cap(18) is assembled and fixed to the upper portion of the cylindrical pillar of the lower cap. 본 발명은 종형확산로 설비에서 캡(CAP) 표면온도를 보상하기 위한 석영 방열판을 탈부착이 용이하도록 방열판을 분리형으로 형성하는 보트캡에 관한 것이다. 이를 위한 본 발명의 종형확산로설비의 보트캡은, 2개의 반원판으로 분리되어 있으며, 상기 반원판에는 각각 2개의 홀이 형성되어 있으며, 상기 2개의 반원판의 지름 중앙에 일정크기의 반원홀이 형성되어 캡의 표면온도를 보상하기 위한 방열판과, 상기 2개의 반원판으로 이루어진 방열판의 홀에 끼워질 수 있도록 복수의 돌기가 형성되어 있으며, 상기 방열판의 지름 중앙에 형성된 홀이 상부 중앙에 일체형으로 형성된 원기둥과 결합되어 상기 2개로 분리된 반원판을 고정하기 위한 하부캡과, 상기 하부캡의 원기둥상부에 조립 고정되는 상부캡으로 구성한다.
