Summary:PURPOSE: A system and a method for managing a civil test are provided to improve the inefficient civil test due to an artificial calculation and drawing, and to manage the civil test correctly and efficiently. CONSTITUTION: A data input module(100) directly controls the input and the modification of the basic data for the civil test through a computer screen. A data output module(300) displays or outputs a result value and a graph. A project manager module(200) completes the result data by using the inputted basic data, and completes a project file by using a data collection including the result data, the management data, and the user data. An integrated processing module(400) converts a database(500) through an encryption algorithm for the project file, and performs the integration and the abolition the converted database freely. A network multi-process module(600) makes other computer work the project simultaneously by offering the database(500) to other computer through the network.
