PURPOSE: A method for processing a data call of a transmission prohibiting subscriber in an exclusive data network is provided to introduce data transmitting/receiving concepts for the data call, in order to enable a data receiving service for the transmission prohibiting subscriber, thereby enabling the subscriber to normally receive the data receiving service. CONSTITUTION: If a data call is transmitted to a PDSN(130) through a PCF(Packet Control Function) and a base station from a terminal(100) of a subscriber(S11), the PDSN(130) requests an AAA(Authentication Authorization Accounting) block(140) to transmit information on the subscriber(S12), and the AAA block(140) provides the requested subscriber information to the PDSN(130)(S13). The PDSN(130) sets a data call to enable a data service through the Internet(150) for the terminal(100)(S14). The PDSN(130) decides whether a place connected through the data call is an IP address of a specific site(S15). If so, the PDSN(130) continues the data service over the Internet(150)(S16). If the place is not the IP address, the PDSN(130) cancels the set data call(S17). 본 발명은 데이터 전용 망에서 발신 금지 가입자의 데이터 호 처리 방법에 관한 것이다. 이러한 데이터 전용 망에서 발신 금지 가입자의 데이터 호 처리 방법은 단말기에서의 데이터 서비스 접속이 가능하도록 하는 PDSN 및 상기 PDSN에 접속된 AAA를 포함하는 데이터 전용 망에서 발신 금지 가입자로부터의 데이터 호를 처리하는 방법으로서, a) 상기 발신 금지 가입자의 단말기로부터 시도되는 데이터 호를 수신하는 단계; b) 상기 수신된 데이터 호에 대한 가입자 정보를 제공받는 단계; c) 상기 제공된 가입자 정보에 의해 상기 가입자가 발신 금지 가입자인 것으로 확인된 경우 상기 수신된 데이터 호를 임시로 설정하는 단계; d) 상기 설정된 데이터 호를 통하여 발생되는 패킷이 특정된 사이트에 대한 패킷에 해당되는 지의 여부를 판단하는 단계; 및 e) 상기 판단 단계에서 상기 패킷이 상기 특정된 사이트에 대한 패킷에 해당되는 경우 상기 설정된 데이터 호를 통한 상기 특정 사이트의 데이터 서비스를 유지시키는 단계를 포함한다. 본 발명에 따르면, 발신 금지 가입자가 데이터 착신 서비스를 정상적으로 받을 수 있다. 또한, 지능망 선불 요금이 소진된 가입자도 데이터 착신 서비스를 받을 수 있다. 또한, 추가적인 장비의 도입 없이 데이터 착신 서비스가 가능하다.
