PURPOSE: A manufacture method of transfer paper having partial hologram is provided to contribute to differentiation and quality enhancement and maximize various advertising effects accordingly by forming partial hologram on a specific part of transfer paper and packing paper, and a transfer paper having partial hologram manufactured by the method is provided. CONSTITUTION: The manufacture method of transfer paper having partial hologram comprises film preparation process (S1) of preparing a film having a certain thickness; releasing treatment process (S2) of forming a protection layer on the prepared film; printing and coating process (S3) of coating thus forming a partial primer coating layer using copper plate at the final stage of process for obtaining printing layer of desired patterns on the upper part of the protection layer; coating process (S4) of coating a coating agent on a part except the primer coating layer formed in the printing and coating process (S3); hologram layer forming process (S5) of forming a hologram layer on the primer coating layer and coating agent formed in the above processes; deposition process (S6) of obtaining hologram deposition layer by depositing a part on which the hologram layer is formed; cleaning process (S7) of cleaning the coating agent using cleaning water after depositing the hologram layer; and adhesion process (S8) of coating adhesive onto a part of the printing layer and the upper part of the coating agent having partial hologram so that they are adhered to each other. 본 발명은 부분 홀로그램을 갖는 전사지의 제조방법 및 그 물품에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 소정의 두께를 갖는 필름을 준비하는 필름준비공정과; 상기 준비된 필름에 보호층을 형성하는 이형처리공정과; 상기 보호층의 상부로 목적하는 문양의 인쇄층을 얻는 공정의 최후 공정에서 동판을 이용하여 부분적인 프라이머 코팅층이 형성되도록 코팅하는 인쇄 및 코팅공정과; 상기 공정에서 형성된 프라이머 코팅층을 제외한 부분에 코팅제로 코팅하는 코팅공정과; 상기 공정에서 형성된 프라이머 코팅층과 코팅제의 상부로 홀로그램층을 형성하는 홀로그램층 형성공정과; 상기 홀로그램층이 형성된 부위를 증착시켜 홀로그램 증착층을 얻는 증착공정과; 상기 홀로그램층을 증착시킨 후 세척수를 이용하여 코팅제를 세척하는 세척공정과; 상기 인쇄층의 일부에 부분적인 홀로그램 증착층을 갖는 상부로 접착제를 도포하여 접착시키는 접착공정으로 이루어져 특정 부분에 부분적인 홀로그램을 형성시켜 제품의 차별화 내지는 고급화에 기여할 수 있도록 하고, 아울러 이를 통해 다양한 선전효과를 얻을 수 있도록 한 것이다.
