Summary:PURPOSE: A hydrogen storage alloy reactor is provided to improve reacting performance and assembling performance of the reactor by installing a hydrogen storage alloy-sintered substance to a reaction vessel. CONSTITUTION: A hydrogen storage alloy reactor comprises a reaction vessel(51) connected to a distributing pipe in which hydrogen flows, and communicated with the inside of the distributing pipe; a sintered substance(53a) causing exothermic reaction in absorbing hydrogen and causing endothermic reaction in discharging hydrogen; and a filter(56) installed to a hydrogen inlet pipe(52) of the reaction vessel. The sintered substance is inserted into the reaction vessel and the sintered substance forms plural hydrogen passages(54). The filter prevents hydrogen storage alloy powder from being discharged to the outside of the reaction vessel. Thus, the endothermic performance and exothermic performance of the reactor are improved and the assembling performance of the reactor is improved. 본 발명은 수소저장합금 반응기에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 반응용기 내부에 다수개의 수소 유로가 형성된 수소저장합금 소결 성형체를 설치함으로써 반응기의 반응성능 및 조립성을 향상시키도록 한 것이다. 이를 위해, 본 발명은 수소가 유동하는 분배관에 연결되어 분배관의 내부와 연통되는 반응용기(51)와; 상기 반응용기(51)의 내부에 삽입 설치되고, 다수개의 수소 유로(54)가 형성되며, 수소를 흡수할 때에 발열반응을 일으키는 한편 수소를 방출할 때에는 흡열반응을 일으키는 소결 성형체(53a)와; 상기 반응용기(51)의 수소 유입관(52)에 설치되어 수소저장합금(14) 분말이 반응용기(51)의 외부로 배출되는 것을 방지하는 필터(56):를 포함하여 이루어진 수소저장합금 반응기에 관한 것이다.
