PURPOSE: An agent containing sugar alcohol, dibasic calcium phosphate, seaweeds, seaweeds extract and milk protein hydrolysate is provided to effectively recalcify a tooth surface demineralized due to dental caries while preventing dental carries. Therefore, the chewing gum composition containing the agent helps recalcification of tooth enamel and improves tooth absorption efficiency of calcium. CONSTITUTION: A composition containing a tooth recalcification-promoting agent for recalcification of tooth enamel and prevention of dental carries contains 1.0 to 99.0% by weight of sugar alcohol, 0.01 to 10.0% by weight of dibasic calcium phosphate, 0.01 to 5.0% by weight of seaweeds, a seaweed extract and a mixture thereof and 0.005 to 0.5% by weight of milk protein hydrolysate. The sugar alcohol is selected from xylitol, sorbitol, mannitol, maltitol, erythritol and isomalt. The seaweeds, seaweed extract and the mixture thereof use Gloiopeltis furcata such as G. furcata, G. tenax, G. complanata or the like. The milk protein hydrolysate is casein phosphopeptide. 본 발명은 치아의 재석회화 촉진제와 이를 함유한 츄잉껌 조성물에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 치아의 손상된 부분을 복원시켜 주는 기능을 가진 당알콜, 제2인산칼슘, 해조류 또는 해조추출물 등을 포함하는 치아 재석회화 촉진제에 유단백가수분해물을 일정비율로 함유시켜 치태제거와 미소결손된 치아 에나멜질의 재석회화를 효과적으로 촉진하므로써 치아우식을 적극적으로 억제할 수 있는 효과와 안전성이 뛰어난 치아 에나멜질의 재석회화 촉진제와 이를 함유하는 츄잉껌 조성물에 관한 것이다.
