PURPOSE: An air breather device is provided to prevent the leakage of oil inside a tank through an air inlet of a cap case. CONSTITUTION: A cap case(1) is installed in a combining member(2a) of an operating oil tank(2). An air filter element(3) is installed inside the cap case to form an external space portion(1c). The air filter element prevents the invasion of foreign substances into the operating oil tank. An upper air inlet is formed in the upper part of the cap case to connect the external space portion with an outside. A bottom(1b) of the cap case to form the lower face of the external space portion is conformed to an inlet(8a) of the operating oil tank inside the air filter element. Oil particles to be discharged with air are accumulated on the bottom of the cap case by filtering through the air filter element. The oil is returned to the tank through the tank inlet. Thereby, the leakage of the oil is prevented. 본 발명은 유압중장비용 작동유탱크의 에어브리더장치에 관한 것으로, 특히 작동유 탱크(2)의 결합구(2a)에 긴밀하게 장착되는 캡 케이스(1)와, 상기 캡 케이스(1)와는 원주방향으로 일정한 외측 공간부(1c)를 형성하도록 캡 케이스(1)내부에 장착되며 작동유탱크(2)의 내부로 이물질 침입을 방지하는 환형의 공기필터 엘레멘트(3)를 구비하고, 상기 캡 케이스(1)의 상부에는 상기 외측 공간부(1c)와 외부를 연통시키는 상부 공기흡입구(11)를 형성하고, 상기 외측 공간부(1c)의 저면을 형성하는 캡 케이스(1)의 바닥면(1b)은 상기 공기필터 엘레멘트(3)의 내측에 위치한 상기 작동유탱크(2)의 입구(8a)와 대략 일치하게 형성된다. 따라서 탱크에서 외부로 배출되는 공기에 포함되어 공기와 함께 배출되는 오일입자는 공기필터 엘레멘트에 의해 걸러져 캡케이스의 바닥면에 쌓이게 되고, 이 오일은 바닥면과 대략 높이가 일치하는 탱크입구(8a)를 통하여 탱크로 귀환하게 되므로 오일이 외부로 누설되는 것을 차단할 수 있다.
