PURPOSE: A guide device is provided to make a coil profile and a coil pitch in an optimum state by allowing a wire coil to be arrived at a normal landing position through adjusting an angle of a guide using a reversible motor. CONSTITUTION: A guide device includes a thermal detecting plate section(5), a cover(1), a case(14), a cooling device section, and a control system. The thermal detecting plate section(5) has a plurality of heat detecting plates(6,7,8) for detecting heat and generating signals with respect to a front landing position, a rear landing position, and a normal landing position of a wire coil, a thermal detecting sensor(13), and a plurality of terminals(9,10,11). The cover(1) and the case(14) protect the thermal detecting plate section(5) from a hot rolled coil dropped into the thermal detecting plate section(5). The cooling device section has an air inlet(18), an air outlet(19) and a passage(20). 본 발명은 선재 권취기의 코일착지 가이드 장치에 관한 것으로, 선재 코일이 고속회전 권취기의 원심력에 의해 직선운동이 회전운동으로 바뀌면서 낙하될 때 가이드(103)의 일정부위에 착지가능토록 하여 낙하 코일의 형상이 찌그러지지 않도록 하며, 또한 코일간격(pitch)을 일정하게 해주는 선재 권취 코일의 착지 조절용 열감지 가이드장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 코일 전방 착지지점(A)의 열감지 및 신호를 보내주는 전방 열감지기판(6), 열감지 센서(13), 전방 단자(9), 케이블(12), 그리고 후방 착지점(B)의 열감지 및 신호를 보내주는 후방 열감지판(8), 열감지 센서(13), 후방 단자(11), 케이블(12), 및 정상 착지점(C)의 정상 열감지판(7), 열감지 센서(13), 정상단자(10), 케이블(12)이 장착된 열감지판(5)부와, 고온 열간 코일의 낙하로부터 열감지판(5)부를 보호해주는 카바(1), 내열유리(4)를 구비하여 상기 열감지판(5)부를 내장지지하는 케이스(14)부와, 상기 열감지판(5)부를 냉각시키기 위한 에어 인입구(18), 에어 배출구(19), 통로(20)가 설치된 냉각장치부와, 그리고 상기 가이드 케이스(14)의 각도를 조절해주는 모터(22) 및 콘트롤시스템(24)으로 구성된 선재 권취 코일의 착지 조절용 열감지 가이드장치를 제공한다.
