PURPOSE: A method for forming a construction panel using waste shell, waste paper, waste coating paper and waste synthetic fiber yarn is provided, to recycle the waste material for reducing the cost and to improve the lightweightness of a construction material. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of pulverizing waste shell, waste paper, waste coating paper and waste synthetic fiber yarn; mixing the pulverized one in the ratio of 60-70 : 10-21 : 10 : 10-15 by weight; and compressing molding the mixture to obtain a construction panel for an interior material, with a compression strength of 260-280 kgf/cm2. Also the method comprises the steps of pulverizing waste shell, waste paper, waste coating paper and waste synthetic fiber yarn; mixing the pulverized one in the ratio of 50-70 : 20-40 : 5-15 : 5-15 by weight; and compressing molding the mixture to obtain a construction panel for an exterior material, with a compression strength of 280-300 kgf/cm2. 본발명은 패각(각종조개껍질)과 폐지, 폐코팅지 폐합성섬유사등을 분말로 분쇄 혼합하여, 압축성형시켜 건축용도에 맞도록 패널 및 블록을 제조하는 것으로서, 건축자재의 경량화를 도모함과, 동시에 자연에 폐기되는 각종 어패류와 폐지, 폐코팅지, 폐합성섬유사등을 재활용하여 환경오염을 줄이고 경제성이 있는 건축자재를 제공하여주는 발명인 것이다.
