Summary: | PURPOSE: To reduce a dead space by integrating a fixing-holding member for a filament or the like with a spacer and to mount the fixing-holding member to a cathode electrode or the like by ultrasonic bonding, in a fluorescent arc tube of a fluorescent character display tube or the like. CONSTITUTION: Ends F4 and F5 of a filament F are wound around the fixing- holding members 141 and 142 formed of an aluminum wire by half a turn, and the fixing-holding members 141 and 142 are fixed in that state, by ultrasonic bonding, to cathode electrodes 151 and 152 formed on a front board 12 by the use of an aluminum thin film. The ends F4 and F5 of the filament F are fixed to the cathode electrodes 151 and 152 in the state caught by the fixing-holding members 141 and 142 and the cathode electrodes 151 and 152.
형광 표시관 등의 형광 발광관에 있어서, 필라멘트 등의 고정부재와 스페이서를 일체화하여 데드 스페이스를 작게 함과 동시에, 그 고정지지부재를 초음파 본딩으로 캐소드 전극 등에 장착한다. 필라멘트(F)의 단부(F4, F5)를 알루미늄 선으로 이루어지는 고정지지부재(141, 142)에 원주의 반을 감고, 그 상태로 고정지지부재(141, 142)를 프론트 기판(12)에 형성한 알루미늄박막의 캐소드 전극(151, 152)에 초음파 본딩한다. 필라멘트(F)의 단부(F4, F5)는 고정지지부재(141, 142)와 캐소드 전극(151, 152)에 의해서 사이에 끼워 지지된 상태로 캐소드 전극(151, 152)에 고정된다. |
