PURPOSE: An upper roll cartridge turn-over device is provided to improve safety of equipment and to increase productivity and workability by reducing time required for exchanging a roll. CONSTITUTION: An upper roll cartridge turn-over device(1) is installed at one side of a tension leveller, which is provided between input and output bridle rolls, for turning-over an upper roll cartridge in order to easily perform a roll exchanging work between upper and lower roll cartridges. The upper roll cartridge turn-over device(1) includes a body section(10) and an operating section(30). The body section(10) is movable so as to allow the upper roll cartridge to be withdrawn from the body section(10) or entered into the body section(10). The body section has a pair of guide rails(11). A mobile car(13) provided at both sides thereof with a guide wheel(12) is assembled with the guide rails(11). 본 발명은 텐션레벨러의 상부롤카트리지를 반전시키는 장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은, 레벨러프레임(190)의 일측 바닥면에 상기 상,하부롤카트리지(121)(122)와 평행한 한쌍의 안내레일(11)을 갖추고, 상기 안내레일(11)을 따라 주행되는 안내휠(12)을 좌우양측면에 복수개 장착한 이동카(13)를 갖추어 상기 상부롤카트리지(121)의 인출,인입이 가능하도록 전후진되는 본체부(10); 상기 이동카(13)의 상부면에 수직설치되는 수직대(31)의 상단에 상기 상부롤카트리지(121)의 일단에 삽입되어 고정되는 끼움구(33)를 일방향 회전시키는 핸들(34)을 갖추어 상기 상부롤카트리지(121)의 롤부재(2)(3)가 상부로 노출되도록 반전시키는 작동부(30)를 포함하여, 텐센레벨러에 설치된 하부롤카트리지는 워크사이드로 인출하고, 상부롤카트리지는 드라이드사이드로 인출하여 이를 180°반전시킨후 상,하부롤카트리지에서 워크, 백업롤의 교체작업을 동시에 수행하여 작업생산성을 향상시키고, , 조작이 간편한 효과가 얻어진다.
