PURPOSE: A door hinge device for a vehicle having a grease supply function is provided to lengthen life span and perform smooth opening and shutting functions of a door, by preventing grease from being exposed in the air. CONSTITUTION: A door hinge device for a vehicle having a grease supply function comprises a door hinge-fixing plate(3) fixed to a vehicle body(1); a door hinge-rotating plate(4) fixed to a door(2); and a rotating pin(5) functioning as a rotating shaft of the door hinge-rotating plate. The door hinge device further comprises a grease case(6) to prevent grease spread over the rotating pin from being exposed in the air. A small hole to supply grease is bored in the grease case. Accordingly, contamination is prevented, and thus, life span of the door hinge device is lengthened and the door is smoothly opened and shut. 본 발명은 그리스 케이스를 이용하여 회전핀에 도포되어 있는 그리스가 대기중에 노출이 되지 않도록 하여 오염이 쉽게 되지 않도록 함으로써 상대적인 수명이 연장되도록 함과 동시에 도어의 개폐기능이 원활하게 유지되도록 하는 그리스 공급기능을 갖는 차량용 도어힌지 장치에 관한 것으로서, 차체에 고정되어 있는 도어힌지 고정판과, 도어에 고정되어 있는 도어힌지 회전판과, 상기한 도어힌지 고정판과 도어힌지 회전판을 연결하면서 도어힌지 회전판의 회전축으로서 기능을 하는 회전핀으로 이루어지는 구조에 있어서, 상기한 회전핀의 주변을 둘러싸면서 회전핀에 도포되어 있는 그리스가 외부에 노출되는 것을 방지하기 위한 그리스 케이스를 더 포함하여 이루어진다.
