PURPOSE: An infant riding toy using a vibration sensor is provided to produce a role playing speed or sound effect of a background screen displayed on a TV monitor according to a vibration strength of a spring attached thereto, thereby increasing interest of children. CONSTITUTION: The infant riding toy(10) comprises a vibration detecting part(20) mounted to a spring of the toy in order to detecting the vibration strength of the spring to generate vibration signals, a set top box(30) for receiving the vibration signals and generating image and sound signals by a predetermined program, and a TV system(40) connected to the set top box for outputting the image and sound signals. 본 발명은 통상의 승용완구 및 TV시스템을 활용하면서, 상기 승용완구에 부착된 스프링의 진동강도에 따라 상기 TV모니터에 디스플레이되는 배경화면의 롤 플레잉 속도 내지는 음향효과를 재구성할 수 있도록 하여, 놀이의 흥미를 유발하고 지속시키며 승용완구의 부가가치를 증진시킬 수 있도록 한 것이다. 상기와 같은 본 발명의 승용완구장치는 승강완구의 스프링에 장착되고 이 스프링 진동세기에 따라 진동신호로 발생하는 진동감지부와, 상기 진동감지부의 신호를 수신하고 미리 프로그램된 알고리즘에 따라 영상 및 음향신호를 발생하기 위한 셋탑박스 및, 이 셋탑박스에 연결되어 셋탑박스의 신호를 출력하는 TV시스템으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하며, 그 일실시예로서 상기 진동감지부를 통해 스프링의 기계적 진동을 주파수 신호로 변환하고 이 주파수의 대역에 따라 미리 임계값이 저장된 프로그램을 구동하여 아이의 움직임에 맞춰 TV모니터에 디스플레이 되는 화면 및 음향을 재구성하게 된다.
