Summary:PURPOSE: An apparatus for recycling incompletely reduced fine iron ore in fluidized-bed reduction process is provided which improves operation efficiency and productivity of ingot iron manufacturing process, and methods for recycling and emergency treating the incompletely reduced fine iron ore by using the apparatus are provided. CONSTITUTION: In an ingot iron manufacturing apparatus comprising fluidized bed reduction furnaces such as preheating furnace, prereduction furnace and final reduction furnace; a melter-gasifier; ore pipes connected to the respective reduction furnaces and melter-gasifier to charge raw materials; and gas pipes connected to the melter-gasifier and reduction furnaces to reduce raw materials, the apparatus for recycling incompletely reduced fine iron ore in fluidized-bed reduction process comprises first discharge line(2) equipped with fifth ore pipe(35a) connected to the middle part of the final reduction furnace(30) to discharge incompletely reduced fine iron ore from the final reduction furnace(30) during the initial stage of operation; second discharge line(3) equipped with sixth ore pipe(35b) connected to the lower part of the final reduction furnace(30) to discharge incompletely reduced fine iron ore from the final reduction furnace(30) during abnormal operation; a storage tank(50) connected to the respective discharge lines to store the incompletely reduced fine iron ore; and a pneumatic carrier tube(53) connected from the storage tank(50) to the final reduction furnace(30) to charge the incompletely reduced fine iron ore into the final reduction furnace(30) by recycling the incompletely reduced fine iron ore. 일반탄과 분철광석을 사용하는 용철제조공정의 조업효율 및 생산성을 높인 유동성 환원공정의 미환원 분환원철의 재순환장치와, 이를 이용한 미환원 분환원철의 재순환방법 및 비상시 그 처리방법을 제공한다. 상기 재순환장치(1)는, 최종환원로(30)의 중간부에 연결되는 제 5 광석도관 (35a)을 갖추어 조업초기 미완전 환원된 분환원철을 상기 최종환원로(30)에서 부터 배출시키는 제 1 배출라인(2);과, 상기 최종환원로(30)의 하부에 연결되는 제 6 광석도관(35b)를 갖추어 조업이상시 미완전환원 분환원철을 상기 최종환원로(30)에서 부터 배출시키는 제 2 배출라인(3):과, 상기 각 배출라인(2)(3)이 연결되어 미완전 환원된 분환원철을 저장하는 저장조(50); 및, 상기 저장조(50)에서 최종환원로 (30)에 연결되어 미완전환원 분환원철을 재순환하여 최종환원로(30)에 장입시키는 기송도관(53);으로 구성되어 있다. 따라서, 이와 같은 본 발명에 의하면, 미완전 환원 분환원철을 재순환시킴으로서, 재차 완전 환원상태의 분환원철로서 유동환원공정을 수행하기 때문에 유동환원공정의 효율성을 증대시키는 것은 물론, 공정의 유지비용도 절감시키어 전체 생산성을 향상시키는 우수한 효과를 제공한다.
