Summary:PURPOSE: A method for analyzing components of a digital image is provided to process accurately a signal of the digital image by measuring colors and brightness of the digital image by figures. CONSTITUTION: It is judged whether a vector analyzing mode is set up(S10). If so, a digital image file to be analyzed is read(S20). It is judged whether the read file is analyzable(S21). If so, the digital image file is converted into an R,G,B format(S22). An R,G,B value of each pixel is read(S30). Color difference signals U and V of each pixel are operated by using the R,G,B value and a brightness value(S40). Positions of U and V of each pixel are indicated at a U-V graph(S50). 본 발명은 디지털 이미지를 구성하는 색상과 휘도 성분을 분석하는 방법에 관한 것으로서 디지털 이미지 파일을 RGB 포맷파일로 변환하고 이미지를 구성하는 각 픽셀별 R/G/B 값을 이용하여 휘도(Y)와 색차(R-Y, B-Y) 값을 연산한 다음 색차 값을 이용하여 디지털 이미지의 색상 성분을 벡터로 나타내고, 휘도(Y) 값과 휘도레벨(L) 값을 이용하여 디지털 이미지의 휘도 성분을 휘도레벨 파형으로 나타내어 디지털 이미지를 정확하게 분석 및 측정할 수 있도록 한 디지털 이미지의 구성성분 분석방법에 관한 것이다
