PURPOSE: A regular position control apparatus for coke guide of coke oven is provided to prevent facility accidents and coke drop and improve productivity by coherently controlling the coke guide perpendicularly or horizontally to oven frame depending on traveling location of transfer car, expansion and contraction of coke oven and deformation of car body. CONSTITUTION: In an apparatus in which a transfer car is moved along traveling rail at one side part of coke oven, which guides red-hot coke inside the coke oven into quenching car with coke guide being closely adhered onto oven frame of the coke oven, the regular position control apparatus for the coke guide(22) of the coke oven comprises horizontal centering device parts(80) installed oppositely to each other at both sides of the coke guide to block a horizontal regular position of the oven frame and the coke guide; a vertical centering device part(90) installed on the side of the coke guide to block a vertical regular position of the oven frame(40) and coke guide; a coke guide close adhesion sensing part(100) installed at the lower part of the coke guide to sense whether the coke guide is closely adhered to the coke oven or not according to advance of the coke guide; and a control part for operating a hydraulic control panel(300) through a distance length digital checking part(210) and an input and output electric control part(220) by receiving signals according to initial regular position sensing of the coke guide and controlling hydraulic cylinder of the horizontal and vertical centering device parts by the hydraulic control panel. 본 발명은 원료탄을 건류하여 코크스를 제조하는 코크스 오븐 생산공정중 적열 코크스를 압출하여 소화차에 유도하는 설비인 코크가이드의 설비 변형에 따른 충돌사고 및 낙코크스 발생을 방지하고 제품 생산성을 높일 수 있도록 한 코크스 오븐의 코크 가이드 정위치 제어장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 코크가이드의 양측면에서 서로 대향되게 설치되어 오븐 프레임과 코크가이드와의 수평상의 정위치를 블로킹하는 수평센터링 장치부; 상기 코크가이드의 측면에 설치되어 상기 오븐 프레임과 코크가이드와의 수직상의 정위치를 블로킹하는 수직센터링 장치부; 상기 코크가이드의 하부에 설치되어 코크 가이드의 전진에 따라 코크가이드와 코크스 오븐과의 밀착여부를 감지하는 코크가이드 밀착감지부; 상기 코크가이드의 최초 정위치 감지에 따른 신호를 이격거리 디지털 확인부와, 입,출력 전기콘트롤부를 통해서 유압제어반을 작동시키고, 상기 유압제어반에 의해 상기 수평 및 수직 센터링 장치부의 유압실린더를 제어하는 제어부; 를 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 한다.
