PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of functional architectural internal and external materials capable of deodorizing, inhibiting bacteria, preventing pollution and extending the expected life span is provided. CONSTITUTION: The functional architectural internal and external materials are obtained by a process containing the steps of: forming an under coating layer comprised of an inorganic binder on the architectural internal and external materials; coating the materials with a photocatalyst coating solution containing 5-60wt.% of a photocatalyst and 0.001-50pts.wt. of transition metal oxide based on the photocatalyst; and then heating at 80-500deg.C.
