PURPOSE: A construction method is provided to simplify construction works for various bases such as a prefabricated manhole, a hand hole, etc. and to secure water-stopping efficiency. CONSTITUTION: The construction method for a prefabricated manhole base comprises the steps of: forming filling grooves on the lower side of an upper block and the upper side of a lower block; placing a lower block on the ground where a base is installed horizontally, then piling an upper block on the lower block to correspond each filling groove or projection on the upper, lower blocks; filling up a filing space between the upper and lower blocks with construction materials mixed with 70 percent polyvinyl acetate, 20 percent silica, 5 percent calcium carbonate and 5 percent solid epoxy; and hardening the filled construction materials. 본 발명은 콘크리트로 성형된 조립식 맨홀 및 핸드홀 등과 같은 각종 기초대의 시공작업을 매우 용이하게 실시할 수 있도록 함과 아울러 시공된 기초대에 우수한 지수성을 확보시켜 주기 위한 기초대의 시공방법 및 시공재에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 기초대를 구성하는 상, 하부 블록의 접합부에 충진부를 형성하는 단계, 기초대가 설치될 지면에 하부 블록을 안치한 다음 하부 블록상에 상부 블록을 적층시키는 단계, 적층된 상, 하부 블록의 접합부에 시공재를 충진하는 단계, 경화단계 등에 의해 기초대의 시공이 완료되도록 한 것이다. 본 발명은 기초대의 시공작업이 매우 간단할 뿐만 아니라 시공에 소요되는 시간을 최소화 할 수 있으며, 시공된 기초대에 대한 우수한 지수성을 확보할 수 있는 등의 효과가 있다.
