Summary:PURPOSE: To provide a fluorescence emitting tube with which thermoelectrons discharged from filaments 16 are evenly diffused by differentiating the back plate resistance between the part of the back plate formed with a solid conductive film facing a filament and the filament. CONSTITUTION: On a conductive film 18 for the back plate, strips of island shaped section 21 are formed in the stretching direction of filament insulated by slits 19 from a peripheral part 181 of the conductive film 18 for back plate and a section between filaments 182 except connection points 22. Branched sections 191 and 192 of the slits 19 are formed in a shape of comb teeth at the zigzag shaped section 211 of the island shaped section 21. The zigzag shaped section 211 composed of a plurality of continued narrow breadth sections 20 made of the conductive film has the function of resistance setting section for the island shaped section 21. 형광 발광관에 있어서, 평면 형상의 도전막으로 배면 전극을 형성하고, 배면 전극의 필라멘트가 대향하는 부분과 필라멘트 사이에서 배면 전극의 저항을 서로 다르게 하여, 필라멘트(16)로부터 방출되는 열전자를 균일하게 확산시키는 형광 발광관을 제공한다. 배면 전극용 도전막(18)에 필라멘트(16)를 인장 설치한 방향으로 슬릿(19)에 의해서, 접속부(22)를 제외하고, 배면 전극용 도전막(18)의 주변부(181) 및 필라멘트 사이부(182)와 절연된 좁고 긴 직사각형 형상의 섬형상부(21)를 형성하고, 섬형상부(21)의 지그재그형상부(211)에는 슬릿(19)의 가지 형상부(191, 192)를 빗살 형상으로 형성해 놓는다. 지그재그형상부(211)는 도전막의 폭이 좁은 부(20)가 복수개 연속하여, 섬형상부(21)의 저항 설정부로서의 역할을 한다.
