Summary: | PURPOSE: Provided are a heating medium composition for suppressing the deterioration of both a metal piping and a synthetic resin piping, and a method for feeding an antioxidant to a circuit in which the heating medium composition is circulated. CONSTITUTION: The heating medium composition comprises a main ingredient selected from the group consisting of water and a mixture of water and an antifreeze ingredient; a corrosion inhibitor for preventing the deterioration of a metal material; and a surfactant for preventing a deterioration of a synthetic resin. The corrosion inhibitor is a triazole compound. The surfactant is an anionic surfactant in an amount of 0.001 to 0.1 wt%. The heating medium further comprises an oxidation inhibitor for preventing an oxidation of a synthetic resin.
본 발명은, 금속 배관과 합성 수지 배관 모두의 손상을 억제하기 위한 열 매체 조성물을 제공한다. 열 매체 조성물은 부동액 성분, 물, 부식 방지제, 그리고 계면활성제를 포함한다. 부식 방지제는 트리아졸 화합물을 포함하며, 계면활성제는 음이온 계면활성제를 포함한다. 순환 배관을 따라 주어진 위치에 제공되는 공급부 안의 백(bag)에 산화 방지제를 채워 넣는다. 열 매체 조성물을 공급부를 통해 흐르게 함으로써, 산화 방지제가 점차적으로 열 매체 조성물에 용해된다. |
