Summary:PURPOSE: An automatic communication link controlling method for preventing electromagnetic interference and a wireless communication system therefor are provided to minimize transmission power during standby of a mobile phone, so as to largely increase a use time of a storage battery and improve traffic capability of communication channels. CONSTITUTION: After an initial location is registered, whether a terminal is in a stop state is decided using a stop state deciding function. A link interval is automatically set to be variable using a link condition setup function. If the terminal is in a moving state, a confirmation communication interval is regarded as a general cycle. If the terminal is in a stop state, the confirmation communication interval is set to be longer or temporarily suspended as a standby state function. And a base station and a terminal station execute a communication link on the basis of the set variable condition using a link performing function.
