Summary:PURPOSE: A method for identifying Mycobacteria tuberculosis and non-tuberculosis Mycobacteria, together with detecting resistance to an antituberculosis drug of Mycobacteria obtained by mutation of rpoB gene is provided, thereby significantly decreasing the total time for identification and detection, and providing accurate results. CONSTITUTION: The method for identifying Mycobacteria tuberculosis and non-tuberculosis Mycobacteria, together with detecting resistance to an antituberculosis drug of Mycobacteria obtained by mutation of rpoB gene comprises the steps of: (1) isolating DNA from a test sample; (2) PCR amplifying a 531bp gene fragment in the rpoB gene of the isolated DNA using primers having nucleotide sequences of SEQ ID NO: 1 and SEQ ID NO: 2; and (3) hybridizing a membrane containing oligomer probes having nucleotide sequences of SEQ ID NOs: 3 to 30 with the PCR products of the step (2) to form a PCR-reverse blot hybrid, wherein the antituberculosis drug of Mycobacteria is rifampicin. 본 발명은, 결핵균 및 비결핵균 마이코박테리아(mycobacterium other than;MOTT)의 동정과 함께, 결핵균 및 MOTT의 돌연변이에 의해 얻어지는 항결핵제 약제 내성 여부를 동시에 검출하는 방법을 제공한다.
