Summary: | PURPOSE: A multifunctional one-component type cooling water treatment agent and method for water treatment using the same is provided, which has sustained sterilizing activity so that has an excellent sterilizing effect to all kinds of microorganisms in the open circulating cooling water system, and also can prevent both of the anodic reaction and cathodic reaction of corrosion reaction so that can inhibit corrosion condition occurring at metal surface thus exhibiting excellent corrosion inhibiting effects. CONSTITUTION: The multifunctional one-component type cooling water treatment agent comprises (a) 3-isothiazolinone represented by formula I, wherein R is hydrogen or chlorine; (b) an acrylate polymer represented by formula II, wherein l, m and n can be the same or different, and each are an integer of 1 to 1000 respectively; R is hydrogen, methyl or carboxyl and when R is carboxyl, it forms anhydrous ring by reaction with adjacent carboxyl; R1 and R8 can be the same or different, and each are hydrogen, alkyl, hydroxy or phosphono radical respectively; R2 and R3 can be the same or different, and each are hydrogen or C1 to C2 alkyl respectively; R4 is hydrogen or C1 to C5 alkyl; R5 is C1 to C8 alkyl or C1 to C10 aralkyl; X and Y can be the same or different, and each are hydrogen, C1 to C5 alkyl or C1 to C5 hydroxy alkyl respectively; and R0 is more than one selected from the group consisting of formula III, IV and V; (c) a phosphonate compound; (d) an iodate; (e) a zinc salt, orthophosphate, azole compound or their mixtures; and (f) water.
본 발명은 다기능성 일액형 냉각수처리제 조성물 및 이를 이용하는 수처리 방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 a) 3-이소티아졸리논; b) 아크릴레이트계 중합체; c) 포스포네이트 화합물; d) 아이오딕산염; e) 아연염, 정인산염, 카르복실레이트 화합물, 아졸계 화합물 또는 이들의 혼합물; 및 f) 물을 포함하는 새로운 다기능성 일액형 수처리제 조성물에 관한 것이다. 또한, 본 발명은 상기 수처리제 조성물을 냉각수계에 투입하는 수처리 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 수처리제 조성물은 살균 지속력이 있어 개방 순환 냉각시스템에서의 모든 미생물에 대하여 살균효과가 우수하고, 부식반응 중 양극반응과 음극반응 모두를 방지하는 기능을 겸비하고 있으므로 금속표면에서 발생할 수 있는 부식조건을 최대한 축소시켜 뛰어난 방식효과를 기대할 수 있다. 또한, 2가 금속염 스케일의 결정구조를 변환하여 스케일을 억제하는 능력이 우수하므로 부식, 스케일 및 미생물에 관련된 문제를 동시에 해결할 수 있다. |
