Summary:PURPOSE: To provide a drive circuit of a PDP(plasma display panel) display device capable of reducing the reactive power of circuits, without affecting the discharging condition of a PDP. CONSTITUTION: In the drive circuit of a PDP display device, which is provided at least with a pair of electrodes (Xj, Yj) and discharge cells connected to them, this drive circuit has a first path having first switches (S1, S11) and first coils (L1, L3) for applying voltages to the discharge cells and a second path having second switches (S2, S12) and second coils (L2, L4) for discharging the voltages applied to the discharge cells and electric charge storage elements (C1, C2), which are connected in common with the first path and the second path and inductance values of the second coils (L2, L4) are made to be larger than those of the first coils (L1, L3). 본원 발명은 적어도 한 쌍의 전극(X, Y)과 상기 전극에 접속된 방전 셀을 구비한 PDP 장치의 구동회로에 관한 것이다. 상기 PDP 장치의 구동 회로는 상기 방전 셀에 전압을 인가하는 제1 스위치(S1, S11) 및 제1 코일((L1, L3)을 구비한 제1 경로, 상기 방전 셀에 인가된 전압을 출력하는 제2 스위치(S2, S12) 및 제2 코일(L2, L4)을 구비한 제2 경로, 그리고 상기 제1 경로와 상기 제2 경로에 접속된 전하 축적 소자(C1, C2)를 포함하고, 상기 제2 코일(L2, L4)의 인덕턴스값은 상기 제1 코일((L1, L3)의 인덕턴스값 보다 크다.
