When the device 2 receives a banner advertisement preparation instruction, the device 2 prepares the banner advertisement on the basis of the stored banner advertisement preparation information. 배너 광고 작성 장치(1)는 네크워크(3)를 통하여 접속된 배너 광고 관리 장치(1)로부터, 배너 광고를 작성하기 위하여 필요한 배너 광고 작성 정보를 접수하여 기억한다. 배너 광고 작성 장치(1)는 배너 광고 작성 명령을 접수하면, 기억하고 있는 배너 광고 작성 정보에 의거하여 배너 광고를 작성한다. 스폰서는 배너 광고 관리 장치(1)에 의해 간단하게 배너 광고의 작성을 지시할 수 있다.
