Summary:PURPOSE: A method for transmitting car driving information using a wireless communication network is provided to gather car driving information and transmit gathered car driving information through the wireless communication network for determining an insurance amount of a car through detailed and accurate driving information of the corresponding car. CONSTITUTION: A line for a data communication with an IWF(Inter Working Function) is set up through a wireless terminal for transmitting stored information per a predetermined period(501-512). An LCP(Link Control Protocol) connection with the IWF is performed(513-516). A PAP(Password Authentication Protocol) connection with the IWF is performed(517,518). An IPCP(Internet Protocol Control Protocol) connection with the IWF is performed(519-522). A TCP/IP(Transmission Control Protocol/Internet Protocol) connection with the IWF is performed(523). An FTP(File Transfer Protocol) connection with the IWF is performed(524). A file including stored information is transmitted to the IWF(525).
