PURPOSE: A mobile data processing system having a living body authentication function, a financial transaction system using the same and a method thereof are provided to supply a usage convenience and remove a misappropriation possibility caused by a loss by recording credit card information in a mobile data processing system and possessing a living body authentication unit for controlling a usage or not of the mobile data processing system. CONSTITUTION: Credit card terminals(30a,30b,30c) are connected to a credit card processing system(35) mounted in a credit card company or a bank for processing a credit card transaction business and a cash depositing and paying transaction through a VAN(Value Added Network), and process a credit card business. Mobile communication terminals(10a-10c) correspond to the credit card terminals(30a,30b,30c) one to one and process a credit card business. The credit card terminals(30a,30b,30c) and the mobile communication terminals(10a-10c) transmit/receive data through a wireless signal interactively. The credit card processing system(35) includes a VAN company which is connected to the VAN and acts for a credit card inquiry and transaction and a server of a credit card company which is connected to the VAN company and processes each credit card business. A mobile data processing system includes credit card information in a memory for using a credit card. A living body authentication unit inputs living body authentication data for preventing a misappropriation by other user. The first card information transmitting/receiving unit transmits/receives data necessary for a card transaction using the credit card information stored in the mobile data processing system.
