Summary:PURPOSE: Provided are oligonucleotide primers for identification and diagnosis of Bacillus anthracis from Bacillus cereus group by using PCR. CONSTITUTION: The oligonucleotide primers includes a random oligonucleotide primer, and a sense oligonucleotide and an antisense oligonucleotide primers, which are represented by 5'-GAAACGGGTG-3', 5'-CTGCTACTATTGTAGGAGGAGC-3' AND 5'-CGTAACAAGAGGAAAGAGCACC-3' respectively. Bacillus anthracis is identified by PCR method using the primers and diagnosed by detecting reaction products. 본 발명은 특정 DNA 서열을 증폭할 수 있는 중합효소연쇄반응법의 특성을 이용하여 탄저균()을 신속하게 진단 및 동정할 수 있는 DNA 증폭용 프라이머이며 이의 염기서열 및 이를 이용한 탄저 진단에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 프라이머로 탄저균과 매우 유사한group으로 부터 중합효소연쇄반응법을 이용함으로서 탄저균을 동정할 수 있다.
