Summary:PURPOSE: A floor sheet for a wooden mat and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to secure a safety of the mat by using a synthetic resin foam sheet and to achieve the reduction of an equipment cost and a production cost of the mat. CONSTITUTION: The manufacturing method of a floor sheet for a wooden mat comprises the steps of; preparing a sheet of polyurethane based synthetic resins; temporarily attaching a net cloth to the one surface of the sheet; foaming the sheet and then completely attaching the net cloth to the foamed sheet; cutting the foamed sheet into a plurality of pieces in conforming to a length and width of the mat; arranging the cut pieces in an air-tight manner so that the net cloths attached to the cut sheets are oriented in a same direction; disposing a polyurethane tape having a thickness thinner than that of the sheet onto the other surface of the foamed sheet; fusing the polyurethane tape to the foamed sheet with a high frequency so that the foamed sheets are integrated in conforming to a size of the mat.
