CONSTITUTION: The cephalosporin compound of the formula(1), pharmaceutically acceptable nontoxic salts thereof, physiologically hydrolyzable ester, hydrate, solvate and isomer thereof have antibiotic effect on gram positive bacteria and have broad range of antibiotic spectrum. Therefore, they are very useful for the prevention and treatment of diseases associated with infection of bacteria. The formula(1) is as described in the description.
