PURPOSE: A wireless telecommunications apparatus and a method therefor are provided to be suitable for a UMTS(Universal Mobile Telecommunications System) or another third generation system and efficiently use a usable bandwidth. CONSTITUTION: A BS(Base Station) sends data to a UE(User Equipment) on the first channel(DL1) at the first frequency(f1) in selected time slots. The UE sends data to the BS on the second channel(UL2) at the second frequency(f2) in the selected time slots. These two frequencies are different. A network also either includes an ST(Subsequent Transmitter) which transmits further data to the UE on a shared channel(DL0) at the third frequency(f0) in time slots in which the other data are not being sent or includes a receiver which receives further data from the UE on the shared channel(DL0) at the third frequency in the time slots in which the other data are not being sent. 무선 원격 통신 장치(wireless telecommunications apparatus)는 기지국(base station) 및 사용자 단말기(user terminal)를 포함한다. 기지국은 제 1 채널을 통해 제 1 주파수로 선택된 시간 슬롯내의 데이터를 사용자 단말기로 전송하고, 사용자 단말기는 제 2 주파수로 선택된 시간 슬롯내의 데이터를 기지국으로 전송한다. 이들 두 주파수는 서로 상이하다. 또한, 네트워크는 제 3 주파수로 다른 데이터가 전송되지 않는 시간 슬롯내의 또다른 데이터를 사용자 장치(user equipment)로 송신하는 송신기를 포함하거나, 또는 제 3 주파수로 다른 데이터가 전송되지 않는 시간 슬롯내의 또다른 데이터를 사용자 장치로부터 수신하는 수신기를 포함한다. 본 장치는 UMTS 또는 다른 제 3 세대 시스템일 수 있다.
