Summary:PURPOSE: A seed producing method of grateloupia acuminata using tissue culture is provided to achieve a mass production thereof. CONSTITUTION: The seed producing method of grateloupia acuminata using tissue culture comprises the steps of; cutting collected tetrasporophyte into tissue having a size of 4mm to 6mm; obtaining regenerated thalli through the stock culture of the tissue; producing tetraspore from the regenerated thalli through aeration culture; forming crust from the tetraspore; utilizing grown individuals having a size of 7mm to 12mm produced from the crust as seeds of sea cultivating industry. 본 발명은 조직배양에 의한 홍조 지누아리사촌()의 종묘 생산 방법에 관한 것이다. 지누아리사촌 사분포자체를 채취하여 4∼6mm 크기의 조직절편에서 조직배양을 통하여 재생체를 얻은 후, 이 재생체에서 사분포자가 발아하여 반상근을 형성하고 이 반상근을 통기 배양하여 자란 크기 7∼12mm의 직립개체를 바다에 이식하여 양식종묘로 사용하는, 조직배양에 의한 지누아리사촌의 종묘생산 방법이다.
