Summary:PURPOSE: To adjust (trimming manufacturing) a capacity of a capacitor formed in an electric circuit board without a bad influence like a deterioration in characteristics on a peripheral element. CONSTITUTION: A focal point of a strong electromagnetic wave like excimer laser is focused to a capacitor formed in a glass substrate and manufactured in trimming by adjusting a variation quantity of crystallized glass formed restrictively in this position. Then the trimming manufacturing with the capacitive value is realized without an influence on another part at outer and peripheral positions, and a circuit board with no change in characteristics and small variation can be produced. In addition, the capacitive value can be more minutely adjusted by manufacturing a dedicated capacitor. 엑시머 레이저와 같은 강한 전자파의 초점을 유리기판 내부에 형성한 콘덴서에 대하여 맞추고, 그 부분에 한정적으로 형성하는 결정화 유리의 변화량을 조정하여 트리밍 한다. 외형 및 주변의 다른 부품에 영향을 주지않고 용량치의 트리밍 가공을 할 수 있고, 특성이 변화하지 않고 편차가 적은 회로기판을 제조할 수 있으며, 또한 전용 콘덴서를 가공할 경우, 보다 정밀한 용량치를 조정할 수 있다.
