PURPOSE: To make a space between a swing arm side attaching part of a rear cushion unit and a body side attaching part reduced when the rear cushion unit is attached between a swing arm and the body side, to make a new space formed in a periphery of a rear cushion unit end part, to increases thereby a degree of freedom for a shape of a component adjacent to the rear cushion unit end part, a dimension thereof and an attaching position thereof, and make another component arranged thereby in the periphery of the rear cushion unit end part. CONSTITUTION: One end of the swing arm 32 is attached swingably to a pivot shaft 31 provided in a power unit 16, a rear wheel 33 is attached to the other end of the swing arm 32, a side face 41a of a cylinder part 41 of the rear cushion unit 34 is attached to the swing arm 32 via a cylinder attaching member 46, and a lower end of the rear cushion unit 34 is connected to the power unit 16. 파워 유닛(16)에 설치한 피봇 축(31)에 스윙 아암(32)의 일단을 스윙 가능하게 장착하고, 이 스윙 아암(32)의 타단에 후륜(33)을 장착하고, 상기 스윙 아암(32)에 실린더 장착 부재(46)를 통해서 리어 쿠션 유닛(34)의 실린더부(41)의 측면(41a)을 장착하고, 이 리어 쿠션 유닛(34)의 하단을 파워 유닛(16)에 연결하였다. 리어 쿠션 유닛을 스윙 아암과 차체측의 사이에 장착하는 경우, 리어 쿠션 유닛의 스윙 아암측 장착부와 차체측 장착부의 간격을 작게 할 수 있고, 리어 쿠션 유닛 단부 주위에 새로운 스페이스를 형성할 수 있다. 따라서, 리어 쿠션 유닛 단부에 인접하는 부품의 형상, 치수, 장착 위치의 자유도를 증가시킬 수 있고, 또 리어 쿠션 유닛 단부 주위에 다른 부품을 배치할 수 있다.
