PURPOSE: A leisure sports apparatus by varying bungee jump and a method thereof are provided to bounce up and down many times with dropping a jumper supported by an elastic rope in pulling a locking pin of a shackle connected to the elastic rope. CONSTITUTION: A device for leisure sports is composed of a supporting bar(1); a shackle(2) connected to the supporting bar; a harness(4) connected to the shackle; and an elastic cord(3) connected to the harness and the supporting bar. The shackle has a shackle body having a link connecting to the supporting bar, a connecting part connected to the lower part of the shackle body with a fitting hole formed in the opposite end of a hinge part, and a locking pin inserted to the body and put in the fitting hole. The end of the locking pin is partially exposed in the opposite of the connecting part to pull. The jumper bounces up and down by pulling the locking pin of the shackle in the air.
