PURPOSE: A system for unified searching/analyzing/consulting real estate information through a GIS(Geographical Information System) is provided to make a user conveniently analyze the commercial power/traffic/educational environment of an area in which a real estate agency is placed and check over statistical data about the area by using a web GIS, an electronic map. CONSTITUTION: Detailed information such as sorts, prices, site area, floor space, use status of real estates are totally checked by using a web GIS. A real-time web call center is run by a real estate agent through a messenger program. When using court auction information, a suitable contract price is determined based on automatic right analysis, the examples of contracts of a neighboring area, and an earning rate. When searching leases, accurate location information, area information, and various statistical data about an area are provided through the web GIS. Further, the safety of a rear estate is checked.
