Summary:PURPOSE: An apparatus for fixing a preliminary battery in a cellular phone is provided to perform the telephone conversation of an urgent business using a mercury cell or a lithium ion cell when a battery is consumed and discharged and a residual battery does not exist. CONSTITUTION: A body(30) has an accommodation space(32) in which guide flaps(31,31') are formed at its one side, a supporting asperity(33) installed at one side of the accommodation space(32), and a guide hole(34) penetrated on an upper portion of the accommodation space(32). A cell(40) is safely received in the accommodation space(32) for flowing a current in a PCB(20). An operation unit(50) mounts and dismounts the cell(40) safely received in the accommodation space(32). A protection cap(60) prevents impurity from flowing in the accommodation space(32).
