Summary:PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of structural finishing materials using waste materials and structural materials manufactured by the method are provided which are characterized by being possible to economize resources because of mixing waste fiber, waste paper and waste materials with yellow soil and ceramic, being cheap, having excellent finishing ability and promoting health because of radiating far infrared ray. CONSTITUTION: The structural finishing materials are obtained by a process containing the steps of: grinding the collected waste paper or waste fiber into 100-300mesh size to manufacture ground materials; mixing 55-65% of the ground materials, 25-35% of finishing materials and 5-15% of a mixed material to produce a mixture; pouring the mixture into a forming frame to produce a formed material; drying first the formed material in a dry chamber for 5 minutes in a temperature range of 50-300deg.C; and then drying second on normal temperature. The mixed material is produced by mixing water and normal resin in a ratio of 2:8.
