Summary:PURPOSE: A communication method using a power line magnetic field and a system thereof are provided to transmit data more stably and rapidly by using a magnetic field element, formed when electricity flows to a power line, as a medium of information transmission. CONSTITUTION: A control center(36) is comprised of a computer(68), a signal processor(70), a server(72), and a network switch(74). The network switch(74) has a switching function for various communication media, such as the Internet, a telephone network, a cable network, etc. The computer(68) controls the operations of a Q-switch(58) in a network transmission facility(32). Also the computer(68), programmed to select message routing, accesses the signal processor(70) and processes messages. The signal processor(70) is embodied through an ordinary neural network using a fuzzy tool, such as a Coulomb network, an RCE, etc.
