Summary:PURPOSE: An iron core assembly is provided to improve a magnetic performance, a rigidity and a mechanical precision of the iron core assembly. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of plate-shaped core segments(3) are disposed in succession to form a plurality of first and second core members(4,5), respectively. Edge portions of adjacent core segments(3) of the first and second core members(4,5) are coupled with each other. The first and second core members(4,5) are alternately laminated one over another in such a manner that first inter-segment positions each defined between adjacent two first core segments(3) of the first core member(4) are offset from second inter-segment positions each defined between adjacent two second core segments(3) of the second core member(5) in a longitudinal direction of the first and second core members(4,5), with those edge portions of the respective first and second core segments(3) which adjoin each other in a laminating direction in which the first and second core members(4,5) are laminated being overlapping each other. The core segments(3) of the first and second core members(4,5) are rotated relative to each other through the coupling means(3a,3b) so as to form an enclosed or ring-like configuration(7). 자기성능 및 기계적강도의 향상이 가능한 양산적 철심장치를 제공한다. 복수의 판상의 코어편(3)을 연속적으로 배열하여 제1의 코어부재(4)를 형성하고, 복수의 판상의 코어편(3)을 연속적으로 배열하여 제2의 코어부재를 형성하며, 상기 제1과 제2의 코어부재(4),(5)를 적층방향이 교대로, 상기 제1의 코어부재 (4)의 각 코어편간 위치와, 상기 제2의 코어부재(5)의 각 코어편간 위치가 길이방향으로 어긋나서, 상기 각 코어편(3)의 적층방향으로 서로 인접하는 가장자리 부분끼리가 중첩하도록 적층하고, 서로 인접하는 코어편(3)의 적어도 한쌍의 가장자리 부분끼리를 연결하는 연결수단을 설치하며, 상기 연결수단으로 상기 각 코어편(3)을 회동시킴으로써 환상 또는 구형상 철심장치를 형성한다.
