Summary:PURPOSE: A fuel cell drive type vacuum cleaner is provided to reduce energy consumption by generating an electric energy by means of a fuel supplied from a fuel tank as well as to prevent a convenience of usage without restraining a use place. CONSTITUTION: A fuel cell drive type vacuum cleaner is provided with a certain shape of an inside space. The inside space is divided into a dust collecting chamber(11) and a machine chamber(12). An intake port(13) is formed at the dust-collecting chamber, and an exhaust port(14) is formed at the machine chamber. An intake pipe(20) having a certain length is connected at the intake port, and a back filter(30) is mounted detachably at the dust-collecting chamber so as to filter a dust and a waste absorbed through the intake port. An intake fan(40) for generating an intake force and a fan motor(41) for driving the intake fan are mounted at the machine chamber. A fuel cell stack(50) for driving the fan motor by an electric-chemical reaction of a mixing fuel and air is installed at the machine chamber, and a fuel tank(90) for supplying a fuel to the fuel cell stack is installed at a side portion of the fuel cell stack(50). A heated air guide member(60) is provided to supply a heat generated from the fan motor and air to the fuel cell stack. A secondary battery(70) is connected the fuel cell stack and the fan motor so as to charge from the fuel cell stack and to drive the fan motor.
