PURPOSE: Provided is an anti-rust/anti-scale agent suitable for use in low pressure boiler(less than 35 kg) into which a cooling water with calcium ion concentration of higher than 1 ppm is introduced. CONSTITUTION: The anti-rust/anti-scale agent comprises 0.1 to 25 wt.% of acrylate copolymer, represented by formula I; organic phosphate 0.1 to 20 wt.%; sodium gluconate 0.1 to 20 wt.%; sodium sulfite 0.1 to 25 wt.%; amine compound 0.1 to 10 wt.%. In the formula I, each l, m and n are an integer of 1 to 1000 respectively; R denote hydrogen, methyl or carboxyl, wherein in case that R is carboxyl group, R react with adjacent carboxyl group to form anhydrous ring; R1 and R8 are identical or different each other and denote hydrogen, alkyl, hydroxy or phosphono group; R2 and R3 are identical or different each other and denote hydrogen or C1-C2 alkyl group; R4 denote hydrogen or C1-C5 alkyl group; R5 denote C1-C8 alkyl or C8-C10 alkyl group; X and Y are identical or different each other and denote C1-C5 alkyl or C1-C5 hydroxy alkyl group; R0 is represented by formula II, III or IV. In the formula III, R6 is hydrogen or C1-C2 alkyl group; R7 is C1-C6 alkyl, C6-C10 alkyl or compound represented by formula V. In the formula V, I is an integer of 1 to 3; R9 denote hydrogen C1-C2 alkyl; R10 denote hydrogen or C1-C6 alkyl group. In the formula IV, R12 denote hydrogen or C1-C2 alkyl; R13 and R14 are identical or different each other and denote hydrogen, C1-C8 alkyl, C6-C8 cyclo alkyl, benzyl or a compound represented by formula V. 본 발명은 부식 및 스케일 방지용 조성물에 관한 것으로, 특히 연수장치가 설치되어 있지 않거나, 설치되어 있어도 원수의 수질이 상당히 불량하여 급수에 1 ppm 이상의 칼슘이온이 유입되는 35 ㎏ 이하의 저압 보일러 수계에 유용한 부식 및 스케일 방지용 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 이를 위하여, 부식 및 스케일 방지용 조성물에 있어서, ⅰ) 아크릴레이트계 중합체; ⅱ) 유기인산; ⅲ) 소디움 글루코네이트; ⅳ) 소디움 설파이트; 및 ⅴ) 아민 화합물을 포함하는 부식 및 스케일 방지용 조성물을 제공한다. 본 발명은 35 ㎏ 이하의 저압 보일러 수계에서 우수한 부식 및 스케일 방지 기능을 나타내는 동시에 응축라인의 부식방지 기능을 갖는 부식 및 스케일 방지용 조성물을 제공할 수 있다.
