Summary:PURPOSE: Provided is a multi-layered noodle which increases one's appetite by using functional and pharmaceutically effective ingredients and its various shapes. CONSTITUTION: The multi-layered noodle has numerous layers having different colors and ingredients and its shape may be circular, rectangular, triangular, and flat type. The multi-layered noodle is produced by independently mixing each ingredient with wheat flour; kneading each mixture; and inserting each kneading into an input container of a multi-layered noodle producing machine and injection molding them through an output tip, wherein the ingredient cab be wheat, barley, corn and rice.
