PURPOSE: A remote controlling device for a washer is provided to control the washer cheaply and easily through an Internet network by using a built-in web server that is cheap and easy to install and maintain. CONSTITUTION: The device comprises an Ethernet controller(11) confirming/managing the transmission of a washer control signal transmitted through the Internet network, the first microcomputer(12) allocating an intrinsic IP to the washer and producing the information signal according to the IP of the washer as well as the driving information signal in order to control the washer according to the control signal received through a signal manager, a memory(13) storing a program processing the washer control signal at a communication controller and a touch screen(21) carrying out the key manipulation of a user. The second microcomputer(22) processes an operation state and information of the washer according to the driving information signal and the key manipulation into the display information. The third microcomputer(33) operates a driving motor(31) by judging the driving information and key input signal and produces the washer information detected through a sensor(32).
