Summary:PURPOSE: An apparatus and method is provided to obtain an accurate result of measurement by using, as a sensor, the optical fiber which is less influenced by the electron and magnetic signal. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus(100) comprises a light source(10); a first optical fiber(20a) an end of which is connected to the light source so as to transmit the light emitted from the light source; a cross connecting unit connected to the other end of the first optical fiber, and which receives light; a second optical fiber(20b) connected to the cross connecting unit, and which transmits the light received at the cross connecting unit; a sensor lattice(50) having a plurality of Bragg lattices formed at constant intervals at the second optical fiber, and which is attached to a structure(40) to be measured, so as to sense the degree of transformation of the structure by transmitting light of Bragg bandpass; a third optical fiber(20c) an end of which is connected to the cross connecting unit, so as to transmit the light of Bragg bandpass; a wavelength tracking unit(60) having a filter lattice, an optical sensor, first and second piezoelectric elements, and a displacement sensor; a radio frequency filter(70) connected to the wavelength tracking unit, and which filters vibration of the filter lattice of the tracking unit; a gain controller(80) connected to the radio frequency filter, and which maintains phase difference of vibration of the filter lattice constant; a vibration frequency calculator(90) connected to the gain controller, and which calculates vibration frequency; and a computer(95) for calculating modulus of strain base on the vibration frequency. 본 발명은 단순 및 복합 구조물 등의 변형을 측정 감시하기 위해 브래그 격자가 새겨진 광섬유를 센서로 사용하는 구조물 변형측정 장치 및 구조물 변형 측정방법에 관한 것으로서, 브래그 격자가 새겨진 광섬유 일부분을 측정 구조물에 부착한 후 다파장의 빛을 전송하면 측정 구조물의 변형을 감지하면서 동시에 브래그 파장대역의 빛을 반송하게 되고, 반송되는 브래그 파장대역의 빛이 파장추종기에 전송되면서 상기 측정 구조물의 변형정도를 실시간으로 측정 감시한다.
